Live Skype Sessions
We offer live sessions (video optional) for individual instruction, small group classes, or evaluation only. All services are provided by a native speaker with a master’s degree in speech-language pathology. Our live accent reduction programs include:
- Evaluation at the beginning of the program
- Weekly training material using common words, and tailored to you from more than 300 lessons (for foreign accents)
- Our self-developed S.M.I.L.E.S. approach (targeting certain mouth postures, tips, and features of American English for easier and faster results)
- Work on skills from your daily life, such as presentations and meetings
- Reassessment at the end of the program (for 13 weeks or longer)
- Approximately 1 1/2 hours of instructor’s time each week, which includes:
- One hour of live instruction each week
- Session and training planning
- Weekly review of your practice recordings between sessions, with feedback
- Additional practice material recorded for you as needed
